As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment that handles a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters.

You will gain experience and be involved in various domestic and regional commercial matters, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate actions such as amalgamations, reorganisations and re-domiciliation, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and function as their external general counsel.

Moreover, you will frequently be involved in cross border and regional work, advising clients and stakeholders and managing key aspects of foreign investment across a wide range of industries and countries.

Additionally, you will gain experience and be involved in structuring foreign direct investments, joint ventures and other regional strategic corporate transactions.

On the regulatory front, you will be involved in advisory work across a range of non-financial sectors.

Requirements:

  • Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 3 to 6 years post qualification experience
  • Experience in general transactional and corporate matters
  • Experience in cross border advisory matters including foreign investment approvals and foreign direct investment
  • Good grounding in legal knowledge, communication and drafting skills
  • Possesses initiative, drive, commercial acumen, and works well in a team
  • Willingness to travel for work
