Our client is an international ISO tank containers transportation and freight services provider. Their office at Jurong East is currently looking for Logistics Customer Service Officer to join their team.Salary: $3,000Work location: Jurong Gateway Road (near Jurong East MRT)Work days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday)Responsibilities: - In-charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processes. Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement). Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed. Handling customers' enquiries or complaints. Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis. Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies. Maintain container inventory control and container maintenance & repair. Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required.Requirements: - GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma in Logistics
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Logistics or Shipping industry required

Primary/N/O Levels or equivalent
