
Membership Relations Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle all phone enquiries and bookings.
- Accommodate all members’ needs and requests with focus on service and anticipating members’ needs.
- Attend to members' enquiries and feedback; provide accurate information in an efficient manner.
- Administrative tasks include data entry and other administrative records.
- Ensure Main Lobby is neat, tidy, and all in order.
**Requirements**:
- O/A Levels or diploma holders.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ascertains and addresses members’ and colleagues’ needs.
- Focus on service with an eye for detail.
- Works well under pressure, analyses and resolves problems, exercises good judgement and with a high degree of professionalism.
- Good computer skills.
- Responds well to change.
- Ensures security and confidentiality of members’ information.
- Good interpersonal skills and proficient in English, with an approachable attitude.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Shift work; 5.5 day work week.
**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $2,500.00 per month
