Deputy Head

Roles & Responsibilities Reporting to the Executive Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:Oversee the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of family and therapeutic services within the Home.
Develop and oversee the implementation of service frameworks to coordinate the specialised clinical skillsets of psychologists, social workers, counsellors and therapists to deliver necessary support to CYPs and their families.
Create and provide opportunities for clinical supervision, mentoring and continuing education to support the development and accreditation of professional staff.
Implement methods for service evaluation to track progress and outcomes for CYPs and their families.
Lead and conduct regular case discussions in managing complex cases by integrating a range of information and coordinating the roles of various stakeholders
Develop tools and programs to support reunification work for CYPs and families.
Lead, design and conduct research on current programs/specified issues.
Disseminate and act as knowledge base for relevant research projects to guide better practice.

**Salary**: $4,913.00 - $6,400.00 per month
