
Membership Relations Assistant

Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with members and guests
- Handle all member inquiries, requests, and bookings with efficiency and professionalism
- Ensure seamless operations at the reception counter, maintaining a high standard of service
- Provide accurate and timely information to members, addressing their feedback and concerns
- Maintain a neat and organised workspace, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks
- Conduct Club tours, showcasing our facilities and services
- Offer administrative support to the membership and finance departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and efficient, with strong administrative skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
