**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative duties
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR shared services department
- Responsible for onboarding of new hires and exit of resigned employees
- Preparation of all HR documentation and generate memos related to HR
- Update and maintain existing, new and resigned staff records in payroll system
- Processing staff attendance (i.e Leaves, Overtime)
- Responsible for monthly payroll and CPF submission
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Preparation of GL summary for payroll
- Support and administer in performance management and appraisal exercise
- Responsible of Annual Income Tax submission for the group
- Responsible of all Government Paid Leave claiming
- Check and verify FWLB, monthly GIRO billing for work pass transaction costs and submit accurate reports to finance
- Administrate government surveys from government agencies i.e. MOM etc
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in HR, Business or equivalent
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience and hands-in HR handling and managing the full spectrum of human resources activities including payroll administration
- Mature, Multi-tasker with highlevels of personal motivation and initiative
- Meticulous, verbal & written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Basic knowledge in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel
