**Role: Wellness Consultant - Home**

Reports into Head of Home.

**Job description**
- Achieve and/or exceed Home sales revenue targets.
- Localize and sell the Technogym Total Wellness solution, build partnerships and customise packages to specific Home consumer needs.
- To be able to accurately convey information on Technogym fitness equipment, solutions, and related digital products to clients.
- Outbound Sales: Create new opportunities by networking with new/existing clients to promote company products, services, and digital solutions.
- Outbound Sales: Develop the Architect & Designer network, retail partners, Personal Trainer network to increase the Home sales funnel.
- Inside Sales: Timely and professional responses to inbound leads, working closely with Marketing to build a healthy inbound lead funnel.
- Effectively utilize Salesforce to monitor & manage Outbound and Inbound sales activities.
- Seek to provide an end to end white-gloved service to Home customers to ensure an outstanding customer experience; walking customers through first contact until the successful installation & use of Technogym’s equipment.
- Customer Success: Maintain regular contact with Technogym’s existing customers to ensure the best experience.
- Collaborate with Head of Home and Marketing to organise curated events for customers and business partners.
- To be a brand ambassador for Technogym and represent its core values.
- To live out the SE Active core values as represented by the 4Rs: Reliability, Relentlessness, Resourcefulness & Respect.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a passion for exercise, wellness, and healthy living.
- Background in Branded companies from B2C industries that target HNWI a plus.
- Experienced or familiar with the use and employment of Salesforce (or equivalent) tools.
- Self-driven, curious, and able to work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Languages: English, command of spoken Mandarin is a plus.
