This role is ideal for experienced professionals across various mental wellness domains who are passionate about supporting individuals in achieving better emotional and psychological well-being.Role Overview:As a consultant, you will work independently while collaborating with the wellness platform to provide expert guidance, therapeutic support, and coaching based on your area of specialization. Your role will be crucial in delivering personalized consultations to help clients address their mental health goals and challenges.Key Responsibilities:- Offer one-on-one or group consultations tailored to the clients" emotional and mental wellness needs.- Apply expertise from various specializations including Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Mindfulness Coach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT Specialist), Trauma & Grief Counsellor, Stress Management Expert, Anxiety & Depression Specialist, Relationship & Marriage Counsellor, Child & Adolescent Psychologist, Career & Academic Counsellor, Addiction & Substance Abuse Counsellor, Emotional Wellness Coach, Workplace Mental Health Expert, Sleep Coach, Positive Psychology Practitioner, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Energy Healer / Holistic Mental Wellness Coach.- Assess client challenges, recommend coping strategies, and track progress over time.- Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in all consultations.- Contribute to platform content, webinars, or mental wellness campaigns if mutually agreed.Requirements:- Relevant certification, degree, or license in your field of specialization.- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in therapy, counselling, or coaching.- Empathetic, non-judgmental communication style and ability to connect with diverse client needs.- Comfortable working independently and managing flexible schedules.- Available for virtual and/or in-person consultations as per mutual convenience.- Strong record-keeping and session management skills.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Provident FundSchedule: Day shiftWork Location: In person,
