TCM Wellness Consultant

We are seeking a sales-driven professional to provide professional TCM, SPA, and wellness consultations to customers.
This role is responsible for recommending services and treatments based on customer needs and physician input, promoting company services and products, and achieving sales targets set by the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales-driven mindset, experience in TCM/SPA/wellness or related industries, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
We are looking for a team player who can work closely with clients to achieve sales targets and uphold the image of our company.
In this role, you will be required to provide high standards of customer service, follow up with patients on their treatments, and remind them of their upcoming appointments.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be self-motivated, have a proven ability to achieve targets, and possess excellent negotiation and data analytics skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional TCM, SPA, and wellness consultations to customers
- Recommend services and treatments based on customer needs and physician input
