**Assistant Account Manager (Sales-Focused) **is responsible to support the Account Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring account satisfaction. This involves assisting with client enquiries, preparing sales presentations, and processing orders. The role includes administrative duties like scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Assistant Account Manager will help to analyse client data, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities for growth while building and maintaining strong client connections.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide direct support to the Account Manager in all aspects of client management.
- Handling Enquiries, Pre-Qualifications, making Offers and concluding Sales contracts
- Set up order confirmations and purchasing contracts.
- Establishes and maintains relations with new and existing clients, markets.
- Conduct sales and BD activities to meet objectives
- Thinks up and proposes innovative and client-oriented solutions.
- Gather and analyse data related to client accounts and prepare performance reports.
- Identify areas for growth or improvement in account strategies and collaborate with the Account Manager on implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and account growth

**Qualification**

Diploma in Sales/Marketing and/or Mechanical Engineering

**Experience**
- Commercial experience and understanding of B2B processes.
- Good command of English language
- Knowledge and understanding of our markets and products
- Knowledge of MS Office

- Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, prioritizing workload appropriately.
- Ensuring accuracy in order processing, data analysis, and record-keeping.
- Being proactive and capable of finding effective solutions to client or project challenges.
- Proficient in analysing data, interpreting client needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Being flexible and able to adjust to changing client demands or project requirements.
- A focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
