Job Overview:
The Assistant Accounting Manager will assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This role will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and managing accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing the month-end close process and prepare monthly financial statements in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with Commission calculation in payroll
- Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and potential areas for improvement
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting documents
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecast
- Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor requests
- Monitor and manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Assist in special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
