**Job Descriptions**:
- Handles the recruitment and selection process which includes drafting and posting of job advertisements, sourcing, interviews, selection, reference checks and job offers
- Manages HR & administrative functions such as preparation of employment letters, processing of work passes, purchase travel insurances, etc
- Handles start to end onboarding and off boarding including new hire orientation, termination & dismissal
- Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims
- Process monthly payroll (Full Time and Part-Time), overtime and allowances
- Manage timely submissions of training claims, track training attendances and arrange employees for training
- Conducts monthly New Hire Orientation
- Organize and facilitate staff welfare activities
- Prepare month end reports
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- **Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Training and/or Business Administration
- Fresh graduates are invited to apply
- Experience in Hospitality Industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player and good communication skills - written and spoken
- Positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
- Knowledge of Employment Act will be preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
