**Job Descriptions**
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing for Singapore including Full-time, Part-time, Contract and Casual Labor (approximately 100-200 headcount).
- Submission of government claims (NS Makeup claim, childcare leave, maternity benefit, paternity leave, shared parental leave)
- Prepare prompt statutory submissions and tax filing
- Participate in MOM surveys
- Prepare monthly payroll-related reports and work closely with Finance on accruals and reconciliation
- Administer and update employees’ database on a timely and accurate basis
- Provide advisory service to employees on HR matters
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding to payroll issues or concerns
- Assist in C&B activities such as performance appraisal, salary or bonus review exercise
- Maintain supporting payroll documentations and authorisations for internal and external audits
- Takes effort to remain informed at all times of new MOM, Statutory Acts & legislations which may affect employees’ benefits and compensation
- Ensure compliance of statutory requirements & Government regulations on matters pertaining to payroll and terms and conditions of service
- Any other HR duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Finance or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in handling payroll
- Prior experience in the Hotel industry will be an advantage.
- Possess sound working knowledge of HRIS with an excellent grasp of local labour laws.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact well with people at all levels
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management ability
- Good organization and analytical skills, able to demonstrate initiative and reliability
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,700.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
