**MISSION STATEMENT**
- Manage Travel Retail Regional business.
- Spearhead, Drive and Develop TR Regional business to achieve sales target while protecting the Brand image.
- Leadership responsibilties for the region.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Manage the Key Area Managers in the region.
- Build sales strategy and increase profitability on the P&L with the Area managers.
- Work and prepare all the budget and revised budget with Business head and regional support services.
- Responsible for monitoring Net sales (outlook) and sell-out.
- Retailer : Meet with retailers to define, negotiate and implement the right strategy to grow ourbusiness.
- Work closely with Regional support services to develop regional strategy.
- Market visit : Perform regular market visit to be sure Merchandising strategy and guidelines are well implemented and to monitor competitors activity.
- Give strong input to Regional team on market need and trends.
- Consolidate AM fast and challenge if necessary.
