**MISSION 1**:Support the marketing departments of the REGIONAL HUBS in the development, adaptation and deployment of all 360° marketing plans in order to optimize performance efficiency and achieve the objectified market shares gain in each REGIONAL HUB.**
- Analyze pre-budgets, marketing plans, trade marketing, e-retailing, in collaboration with the regional marketing teams and the Global TR Marketing Director
- Ensure the implementation of the global marketing strategy in the Travel Retail area and recommend action plans.
- Be the spokesperson for the countries/regional hubs with the brand's expert services & in all internal meetings to anticipate any specific developments/content or imperative adaptations in the medium term.
- Ensure the relevance of the assets and 360 for the Travel Retail network and raise additional needs after consultation with the hubs
- Ensure the proper qualification of requests from countries in a relevant level of detail before transmission to the expert centers
- During the year, ensure the proper execution and implementation of the 360° plans, but also judge the relevance of any changes, in consultation with the Global TR Marketing Director.

**MISSION 2**: Ensure the analysis of the Performance & Development of the Travel Retail Business**

Performance:

- Create analysis and reporting tools for the performance of the catalogue, offers, animations, e-retailers plans in consultation with the countries.
- Follow and support the Regional Marketing teams in their post analysis of driving resources/animation plans
- Ensure the analysis and reporting of sell in and sell out performance for the zone (panels, BNP, Itemized sales, Generation).
- Ensure an analysis of the catalog and franchises by hub and provide a global vision to ensure the optimization of the catalogue in line with the specificities of the channel.
- Analyze sales forecasts and challenge vs. ambitions raised on time
- Share best practices between TR hubs and between domestic markets

Development:

- Work with the Brand Experts to develop the brand visibility (Tax Free organization), its desirability and the customer experience in this distribution channel.
- Identify upstream needs with the markets for specific products, Value sets and points of commitment specific to travel retail (gamification, experience, service, etc.) in order to brief the Brand Expert Poles. To be a driving force behind proposals in terms of the structure of catalogue offers/formats/value packs and services.
- To provide the markets with an Inflight charter for the development of the AIRLINES business.
- Help local teams to implement B spoke campaigns with operator partners or main retail customers if required by the zone issues and work with the brand teams to produce/adapt content if needed (DFS excluded, E retailers excluded...)

**MISSION 3**: Support the Regional teams in the development of their pricing policy vs. competition for new products and the catalogue**
- Assist in the analysis of RRP (recommended retail price) vs. competition
- Help them determine their recommended price list
- Validate with the GTR Marketing Director the price positioning of the Regions. Collect, consolidate and communicate information.

**MISSION 4**: Assist the TR Market Director in all her functions.**
- Contribute to the strategic projects of the channel and to the transformations necessary to ensure the growth, sustainability and relevance of the channel: Training, make-up relaunch, digital, consumer experience, retail experience, retail look, etc.
- Assist the GTR Marketing Director in administrative tasks and contribute to strategic thinking.
- Prepare the necessary supports and logistics for internal and on-site meetings. Ex: Business review, Seminar
- Assist in the preparation of travel and travel files with updating of country tracking tools
