Investor Relations Team - Senior Associate / Junior VP

Working closely with the Head of BD and the firm’s Partners, you are expected to have a key role in managing the relationship with TR Capital’s existing investors and to develop new business from existing and new relationships (predominantly in Asia) for existing and new products. At the same time, you are also expected to perform certain investor servicing tasksand be able to handle the daily operations of a typical investor relations function. This is an end-to-end investor relations role.

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head of BD and the firm’s Partners to drive fundraising and business development efforts (predominantly in Asia), targeting institutional LPs and family offices
- Act as primary or secondary coverage for someAsian investors
- Contribute to the preparation of key marketing materials including fund decks, PPM, DDQ, Dataroom documents. Take ownership of content and updates to LPs
- Together with other members in the IR team, help with daily investor requests and questions, including fund level cashflow forecast projections, portfolio level updates and questions etc.
- Preparing regular investor communications and reports (including quarterly reports and annual LP reporting obligations), liaising with finance / ops / legal / compliance as necessary
- Assist in generic firm level marketing andliaising with our external PR firm
- Support the organizing of Annual General Meetings (AGM) and any other ad hoc LP events as necessary
- Ad hoc projects as and when necessary

Knowledge and Experience Required
- Knowledge of private equity and / or alternatives private asset class
- Knowledge and some network of institutional investors and family offices in Asia
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Entrepreneurial, intellectually curious anddriven; team player with a positive attitude
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and responsibility; detail oriented
- High level of professionalism and judgement, able to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and eloquently address LP queries in a timely manner
- Ability to work under tight deadlines / under pressure with minimum supervision
- Fluency in English. Additional North Asian languages (Japanese / Korean / Chinese) would be a plus but not a must
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from top tier global recognized universities
- This role can be based in either Singapore or Hong Kong
