- Michael Durkin- Associate Director - Specialist in recruitment in the Finance and CFO space for Banking & FS We are currently partnering with a leading international bank who have a flourishing footprint in the ASEAN region, as they seek to expand their Middle Office team.

As part of this dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing front-to-back Middle Office processes, with a specialized focus on Credit products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expertly handle trade capture, coordination, and life-cycling for both vanilla Credit and Structured Credit products, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
- Proactively manage query remediation and trade life-cycling, prioritizing timely escalation to minimize risk and ensure seamless operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, ensuring strict compliance and mitigating any potential compliance risks. Spearhead global alignment and consistency efforts, facilitating
- The Sun support to optimize operational efficiency across regions.
- Drive new business enablement and innovative solutions, collaborating closely with partners to deliver strategic Financial Markets initiatives and ensuring operational readiness.
- Lead a dynamic team, overseeing project planning and execution, and driving initiatives to achieve organizational goals effectively.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Possess a deep understanding of financial markets, credit derivatives, and financing products, along with a keen insight into the end-to-end operational processes of various products.
- Vanilla Credit products such as Bonds, Credit Default Swaps (CDS), Repurchase Agreements (Repo), and Total Return Swaps (TRS)
- Structured Credit products, including TRCLN (Total Return Credit Linked Note), BOLN (Basket Option Linked Note), Bond TRS, Loan TRS, Structured Repo, and Structured Rate Loan
