**_Job Responsibilities: _**

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Data Analytics
- Transposing pdf data into tabulated Excel format
- Transcribing hard copy data into tabulated Excel format
- Verifying and ensuring the data accuracy and completeness with the programme managers
- Updating on the progress and seeking clarifications with the Reporting officer on a regular basis

- Assist in publishing successful stories of Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s alumni entrepreneurs, including conducting initial research, maintaining contact details of entrepreneurs, setting up and managing appointment schedules, assisting in User Acceptance Testing
- Provide support for the launch of the Students Entrepreneurship space and Home-coming event.
- Support the team in its ongoing innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives and programmes.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Pre-requisites:

- Around 2-3 years’ working experience. Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications. Possessing data analytics-related skillsets will be a bonus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable team player and responsible.
- Keen to learn and open to new administrative tasks or assignments.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $8.50 per hour
