Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Process orders with Sales operations at Business Units.
- Accomplish order acknowledgement to customers or order confirmation on customer ehub
- Coordinate with inter-departments regarding shipping dates and back orders
- Maintains customer order files with shipping documents, quotations, and other information
- Generate the ASN and invoice to meet the goods receiving procedure on customer ehub
- Check data accuracy in orders, shipping documents and invoices
- Liaise with forwarders and Logistics department at headquarters to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Create Final Acceptance Sign Off Form to service mangers
- Track and collect Account Receivable
- Coordinate Trade Show and Forum
- Manage hotel reservation and travel arrangements.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay updated with new products and features
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree from recognized universities
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or equivalent role
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize work and excel under deadlines
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- SAP and Oracle experience preferred
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to deliver quality work under strict deadlines
- Familiar with commercial terms and trade incoterms
- Ability to communicate clearly with others in a professional and courteous manner
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Able to travel 20% of time
