Job Summary & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR and Admin Executive will be supporting the HR Manager for Southeast Asia with HR tasks related to terminations, trainings, work pass administration, payroll, benefit claim and administration, leave administration, spot bonus programs, onboarding and offboarding and more.

You will:

- Assist with monthly payroll processing, overtime and leave and benefit claim administration
- Assist with recruitment matters
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
- Perform general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation.
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government related claims, e.g., Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, MOM Overtime.
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Assist in periodic work/performance review and appraisal exercises and merit cycle
- Attend and resolve employee relation matters
- Review & update Policy & Procedure for office administration
- Monitor office cleanliness and upkeeping of office equipment maintenance
- Purchasing of stationery and pantry supplies, support cleaning related requisition and vending machine.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding, include but not limited to IR21 tax clearance
- Participate in various meetings
- Assist in Eleave, Eclaim for employee benefit claim processing, creation of account etc.
- Assist with monthly report churning
- Assist in COVID related measures
- Ad-hoc task assigned by the Management

**Qualifications**:

- Min 2 years’ relevant working experience in HR/Admin
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication, organizational skills and with multi-tasking abilities
- Teamwork (ability and willingness to work with all levels of organization)
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Law, CPF and IRAS Regulations
- Prior experience in using Workday system and Time Software Eleave would be a plus.
- Meticulous and sharp attention to details
