**Job Description**:
Biocreations, a leading bakery ingredients and products company, is seeking a dynamic and organized Admin & HR Executive to join our team. The Admin & HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and managing human resources functions within the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Admin Duties:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient day-to-day running of the office.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
2. HR Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct orientation for new employees and assist in onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle HR-related queries and provide support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll matters
3. General Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Support management in various administrative and HR tasks as needed.
- Help maintain a positive work environment and strong company culture.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
