**Who we are**:
Mantle Network is a high-performance Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) modular L2 network incubated by the BitDAO community. Mantle Network’s modular rollup architecture separates transaction execution, data availability, and transaction finality. As the first L2 network partner for restaking protocol EigenLayer, Mantle Network directly inherits security from Ethereum while offering high performance at low fees.

**Your Role**:

- Researching and building blockchain protocols, modules, technologies and algorithms
- Preparation of detailed design documents and testing strategies according to requirements
- Promoting technical experience sharing within the team
- Support the community through the best communications and documentation

**Your Craft**:

- Qualifications in Computing/Mathematics/Electronic Engineering or other relevant fields preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the blockchain industry
- Proficiency in Golang, Rust, C++ and other mainstream blockchain development languages
- Solid Solidity development and optimization, be familiar with development tools such as Truffle and Hardhat, and be familiar with third-party security contract libraries such as OpenZeppelin; be familiar with gas optimization
- Existing track record of R&D and execution of open source projects on known blockchain platforms such as Ethereum/Cosmos/OP or ZK Rollup is a great plus
- Preferred location is Singapore, or China
- Fluent in Bilingual - English and Chinese

- 熟练掌握C++、Go、Rust等编程语言，精通智能合约Solidity
- 在密码学、区块链等领域有丰富经验，熟悉blockchain主流平台及核心算法
- 对区块链的开源项目（Ethereum、Cosmos、Optimism...）有开发经验的优先
- 熟悉零知识证明算法和zkEVM项目的优先
- 能快速阅读英文论文与资料，有较强的研究能力和自我驱动力

**_Extra Credit_**:

- Existing track record of R&D and execution of open source projects on known blockchain platforms such as Ethereum/Cosmos/OP or ZK Rollup is a great plus._
