
Vice President, Global Sales, Cargo

**Responsibilities;**
1. Lead, motivate, and mentor the cargo sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships, and actively pursue them to expand our client base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and other stakeholders in the region.
4. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of cargo operations.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic recommendations to Tokyo headquarter.
7. Ensure compliance with all regional regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain operational integrity.
8. Manage the regional budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control to meet financial objectives.
**Requirements**:
1. A minimum of 20 years of experience in the airline industry, with a strong emphasis on cargo sales, preferably in the global region.
2. Japanese communication skill of JPLT N1 or equivalent is required for this post, for accurate and prompt communication and direction to the relevant departments at the Tokyo head office.
3. Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue and profitability targets in diverse business environments.
4. Excellent leadership and Japanese communication skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
5. Deep understanding of the cargo industry, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
7. Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive success in the region, in line with the company’s medium-term management plan.
8. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned global region as required.
