Job Description:
**Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics**

**MNC Environment**

**Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + Variable Bonus)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees Import Customer Service team, delegate work and monitor staffs daily work performance. Provide assistance when required
- Plans adequate manpower and equipment
- Attend to customers' enquiries, meet customer requirements and to optimize customer satisfaction
- Conducts regular meetings to promote teamwork and improve the overall customer service level
- Interfaces with other departments and network to improve the overall customer service level
- Counsel staff for non-compliance and enforces company's policy, conduct appraisal for staff
- Identifies staff training needs and work with HOD to upgrade staff with the necessary skills

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Logistics or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
