Airfreight Import Customer Service Officer

- Salary**:Up to $2600**:
- Salary Range: SGD 2,000 - SGD 2,600
- Duration: Permanent Role
**Responsibilities
- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
- Monitoring and following up of import shipment and checking shipment status regularly
- Attending phone calls from customers
- Processing Airfreights in CargoWiseOne (CW1) software
- Arranging local handling services
- Liaising with carriers
- Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
- Perform duties as assigned by manager
- 5.5 days during probation period/ week (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation)

- Working experience preferably in the freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge of Incoterms and/or CargoWise One System will be an added advantage
- Great Interpersonal Skills, Team Player, Fast learner & Committed Personality will aid in the Career Progression
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment/ High stress tolerance & copes well with high volume/ urgent deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Diploma in Business Management/ Supply Chain Industry Preferred
- Requires to attend Training Program at Woodlands (only on weekdays, on adhoc basis)
- Salary Commensurate with Experience (On the Job training will be provided)
