**About our group**:
Our dynamic Sputter Process team is dedicated to providing essential sputter engineering support to the production of hard disk media. Our objective is to ensure strict compliance with established process procedures, guaranteeing the highest standards in our operations.

The Sputter Process team oversees the critical sputter deposition process, playing a key role in enhancing the performance and reliability of storage devices. We are committed to maintaining excellence in our processes, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving continuous improvement.

**About the role - you will**:

- Provide comprehensive engineering support to the production line, ensuring adherence to process flow, specifications, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor process variables, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Conduct quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems.
- Perform process buy-off after equipment preventive maintenance or breakdowns.
- Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift duty pass-down.
- Conduct or assist in experiments with the aim of process improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

**About you**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering field.
- Self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to work on a 12-hour night shift pattern.

**Location**:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
