Job Role Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team and drive innovation in the field of sputter equipment maintenance.
About The Position
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, upgrading and maintaining ultra-high vacuum (UHV) sputter machines.
  • Key responsibilities include project managing assigned projects, troubleshooting and reworking mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, upgrade and maintain UHV sputter systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Project manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting stipulated deadlines and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and rework complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and enhancements to the manufacturing process.
  • Generate regular reports to stakeholders, including daily updates, issue tracking, and closed-loop corrective actions.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Result-oriented, meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to structured manufacturing processes.
