Job Title: Sputter Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sputter Equipment Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of sputter systems.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance our ultra-high vacuum (UHV) sputter machines.

You will troubleshoot and rework mechanical and electrical issues, generate reports, and collaborate with colleagues to drive process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • 3 years of relevant experience in installing and maintaining high vacuum CVD/PVD systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
  • Knowledge of Thin Film / PVD / CVD / Etch / Ion Beam / Ion Implantation / Ultra-High Vacuum tools
