Business Process Lead

Reporting to the Chief Workforce Officer Asia Pacific, the Business Process Lead will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of transformation and continuous process improvement projects as the company goes through a renewed period of growth and expansion in the Asia Pacific region. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that projects are prioritised and led with effectiveness; processes are robust and support strategy; technology enables customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.

Key characteristics of the function are:

- Develop partnerships across the APAC leadership team, synchronising different agendas to co-develop, manage, and deliver a portfolio of projects which meet both internal efficiency and external business objectives.
- Ensure the set-up and alignment of all internal processes (including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, HR, etc) with regional Process owners and country relays, optimising efficiency of the organization and its compliance.

**Responsibilities**

**Project Portfolio Management**
- Responsible for supporting the short and long-term strategic business imperatives defined by the APAC Leadership team and developing the associated project portfolio for the region in line with business, customer and people needs.
- Manage incoming demands for project portfolio management across the region and prioritise the projects based on criticality, benefits realization, resource availability
- Ensure the follow-up & the completion of projects in line with quality, timelines & budgets.

**Efficiency Projects**
- Accountable for developing the efficiency metrics aligned to the 5-Year goals and identify, alongside business process owners (Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, People Operations, Marketing) and country managers, opportunities to optimize SG&A and way of working
- Set-up and oversee the efficiency of workstreams, ensuring continuous tracking, progress at regular cadences
- Ensure and facilitate synergies between company's Asia Pacific and French stakeholders on efficiency projects and deployments

**Process mapping and compliance**
- In collaboration with Business Process Owners and Internal Control, ensure the formalisation of internal process documentation, and their continuous improvement to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure the deployment of a Quality policy and mindset within the organisation

**Business Process Improvements (BPI)**
- Oversee the BPI framework regionally, partnering with the cross-functional leadership team to drive continuous improvement, both internally and externally
- Foster an environment conducive to innovation and technological change

**Programme Delivery**
- Co-develop and execute the Project Governance Framework and Resource allocation: Including PMO support for end-to-end Service Delivery. Compare forecasted resource demand against resource supply and balance current resource supply against demand. Forecast future supply and determine resource options if gap exists
- Identify resource allocation options by organising resource pools by skills or considering staff augmentation in an optimized manner (insourced vs outsourced)
- Ensure appropriate governance forums and processes are in place for programmes and projects
- Participate in the steering committee for selected projects, to ensure adequate progress level and adherence to project standards, delivery framework and reporting process

**Change Enablement and Management**
- Work with key stakeholder to develop overall change management strategy and approach and support in training of resources to develop and executive change methodology consistently across projects and initiatives
