Job Title: Business Process Enhancement Lead

This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to drive business growth through process enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational changes.

This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with stakeholders, and driving business growth through process enhancements.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can design and implement standardized processes, manage project scope and timelines, and ensure seamless communication across teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement global/regional standardized processes for business enhancement.
  2. Project Management: Provide end-to-end support for stakeholders during process and system implementations, from initial planning to post-implementation reviews.
  3. Risk Assessment and Quality Assurance: Conduct risk assessments, quality assurance, and provide project updates.
  4. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Host workshops and stakeholder meetings, manage change and communication tasks, and facilitate 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' process mapping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate level project management.
  • Experience in transformation projects related to corporate functions, such as Finance and SCM processes and related systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and ERP systems (e.g., implementation, migration, upgrades).
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills in multicultural environments.
