**What's the role?**

As the Partner Account Manager, you will create breakthrough opportunities for HERE and its Partners.

You will be responsible for the end to end relationship with new and assigned Partners and execute on HERE’s Partner Program for Singapore and as assigned, geographic focus primarily in SEA. HERE is growing our reach within targeted segments and your expertise within Transport & Logistics, Retail, Tech, Media and Telco, Public Sector will see you solving real business problems using innovative technology. You understand the organization, structure, and business models of the Partner ecosystem which is made up of system integrators, consulting firms, resellers, solutions providers, ISV and technology providers and are able to develop relationships with decision makers, and technical/sales operatives to ensure adoption and drive incremental revenue for the HERE portfolio.

You will ensure that the partners are fully engaged and aligned with HERE’s vision, culminating in the co-creation of solutions which address agreed business drivers and challenges.

**Your Main Responsibilities Include**
- Promoting and selling the full portfolio of HERE products and services through new and existing Partner ecosystem which includes system integrators, consulting, resellers, solutions providers, ISV and technology providers.
- Handling through partner sales quota and being responsible for building a very strong pipeline of opportunities in partner sell-through and sell-with model.
- Owning all aspects of partner enablement, including recruiting, onboarding and partners excellence and certification by conducting regular reviews from product portfolio training, identifying and articulating the HERE value proposition, developing and executing the partner business plan, building pipeline and effective issue resolution.
- Leading and handling Partner initiatives and identifying new strategies & incentives for field engagement and business success
- Establishing full data accuracy in Salesforce and associated internal systems related opportunity pipeline
- Taking care of queries, partner concerns and actions quickly and efficiently, always maintain phenomenal communication and providing a regular flow of information which contributes to the overall Partner experience
- Providing consistent feedback to product management for enhancements and key developments
- Collaborating closely with the HERE direct sales team and other key internal partners
**Who are you?**

You are a strong match for the role if you possess the following skills, abilities and work experience
- You have a degree in business, technology or related fields
- You are passionate about partner sales with 12+ years of validated Business to Business partner sales experience, preferably in IT Product or Platform companies leading highly complex solution selling.
- You have experience in Non-Automotive segments (especially Transport & Logistics) and understand the nuances of software solutions sales embedded software and partner ecosystems.
- You are a creative thinker willing to challenge status quo with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions, while deeply understanding and respecting what works today
- You have strong problem-solving and influencing skills and the ability to conceptualize winning strategies, formulate strategic initiatives, steer through highly matrixed environment and execute under tight timelines
- You have proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages is good to have.
