**About the job**
The Red Hat Field Sales team is looking for a Partner Account Manager - Regional to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will define the strategy to build the partner ecosystem in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and South Korea. You will manage teams of local and global cloud partners like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and others and collaborate with the Red Hat’s Marketing, Business Development, and Services teams.

**What you will do**
- Define and carry out Red Hat’s cloud partner strategy and business plans
- Attain the sales objectives established for the cloud partner ecosystem
- Develop joint business plans for key cloud partners like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google and guide the implementation of these plans
- Manage the regional Certified Cloud Service Provider (CCSP) distributor
- Manage the Red Hat CCSP program and provide regional input to the Asia Pacific (APAC) team on possible enhancements to the program
- Work closely with the global cloud partner team and the Partners and Alliances Leadership, Business Development, Marketing, and Services teams to align strategy and business plans
- Support engagement with independent software vendors (ISVs)

**What you will bring**
- 8+ years of sales or business development experience
- Experience working in channel sales management, including managing large solutions providers or system integrators (SIs)
- Demonstrated sales knowledge of cloud software technologies like Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenStack Platform
- Experience with public cloud business in managed service providers (MSPs) and a cloud service providers (CSPs)
- Demonstrated ability to take charge in a cross-functional environment
