This is a full-time, onsite, Nutrition and Food Science cum Admin Assistant Role in MOE Secondary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with HOD/LH-Science and/or Admin Manager in an MOEPrimary School (nearest MRT- Bukit Gombak) in the day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Nutrition and Food Science teachers, cleanliness in Arts Rooms and assist with the General Office as needed.
- Assist Nutrition and Food Science (NFS) teachers in the preparation of ingredients, equipment in the kitchen for practical lessons.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Food Laboratories and Preparation Room which includes mopping of floors and positioning of chairs and tables when necessary, cleaning of refrigerator, labelling and tidying of raw ingredients that are not used at the end of the week, washing and drying kitchen hand towels, and tidying up kitchen tools and equipment.
- Assist in receiving food orders from suppliers and storing food ingredients in the correct storage.
- Assist teachers to maintain safety during F&N (Food and Nutrition) and FCE (Food Consumer Education) lessons.
- Stock take and maintenance of assets in the Craft and Tech Department and General Office.
- To be with FNS teachers at all times during their lessons.
- Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the two Art Rooms and Art Store Rooms weekly.
- To be at the school’s General Office to relieve the GO during GO meetings. To assist the Administration Manager (AM) in light duties or when the school’s OSO or receptionist is on leave.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the AM and other school's management

personnel in the school's General Office.

**Job Requirements**:

- at least 3 years of experience in the above stipulated Job Roles / Required Services
- preferably Lower Secondary Education
- able to converse and read in English
- good attitude and a team-worker
- and able and willing to perform and multi-task.

**Summary**:
**Contract Period: From 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026.**

**Working Hours**:
**Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break**

**Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break. Reporting time**

**might be brought forward during exams/test periods.**

**Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.**
