Location**:No. 5 Tuas Drive 2, Singapore 638639 **(Island-wide company transport is provided).
**Responsibilities**
- Support the site Associate Director, HR to manage moderate size project, and HRP agendas in implementing and executing HR partnering objectives and strategies.
- Partner with assigned stakeholder groups to ensure a complete approach/solution that meet the business needs and objectives which is aligned to HR governance.
- Proactively resolve people and business issues and provide solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle.
- Serve as an HR liaison for all aspects: talent management, labour relations, employee engagement, change management, organizational design & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, training, coaching and workforce planning.
- Partner with HR CoEs - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and external vendors to ensure efficient people and business support.
- Working and collaborate with Union Committee.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Partnering and HR Generalist experience.
- Comfortable working in a large manufacturing site with 800+ employee in a MNC environment.
- Experience with the in-house or external engagement model; knowledge of employment law; strong in people engagement, and collaboration with business partners including union and HR CoEs.
- Passion to partner with people managers to support the business through maturing the HR Transformation and Operating Model.
- Great team player is a must with good communication skills.
- Excellent time management, ability to priorities, and conflict management.
- Must be meticulous in their work; solutions-oriented; and have strong follow-through on their projects and proposal.
- Proven experience in accountable for people engagement, disciplinary handling, learning and development, and human change management is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Prosoft/Unit4, and Workday is a plus.
