**HR Partner**

**Responsibilities**:
- Undertake both a strategic and operational role, partnering business leaders and keeping abreast with the latest Talent and Management trends to ensure BU’s competitiveness
- Support the site Senior HR Manager in implementing and executing HR partnering objectives and strategies
- Partners with assigned client groups to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and proactively resolves HR and business issues and provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle
- Serves as an HR liaison such as: talent management, labor relations, employment, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate
- Execute initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Work closely with the HR Shared Service team to drive continual efforts to improve the HR delivery services
- Partner with internal and external vendors as needed to ensure effective employee and business support
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Provide HR support to our satellite office in Australia
- Partner with HR CoEs - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Rewards & Benefits and external vendors to ensure efficient people and business support
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 7 years of experience in HR Partnering and HR Management
- Comfortable to work in a Manufacturing/MRO site in a fast-paced MNC environment
- Passion to serve people and support the business to drive HR transformation
- Great team player with good communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
- Meticulous, process & results-oriented, and strong follow-through
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving and numerical reasoning skills
- Good knowledge of HRIS Workday will be an added advantage
