**Responsibilities**:
Manage the group monthly reporting process
Prepare group consolidations and maintain group consolidated accounts
Prepare group management and statutory reports, including financial analysis of the business
Assist the Group CFO in monthly management meetings, including preparation of Group’s monthly management report and reporting package
Manage group budgeting process
Liaise with external auditors in annual financial audit and statutory reporting for the Group
Up-keep the Group’s financial policies in aligning to international accounting and auditing standards as well as local statutory guidelines
Assist the Group CFO to roll out group-wide initiatives in the areas of corporate governance, internal control, group policy and enterprise risk management
Assist the Group CFO in other group projects

**Requirements**:
Degree holder in Finance/Accounting from a renowned university
CA or an equivalent is preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of auditing and accounting experience, ideally gained within an international accounting firm and from a start-up environment
Self-motivating, capable of working independently and taking initiatives and exposed to multi-tasking environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with people from different nationalities and levels
Detail-oriented, highly intelligent with a hands-on approach
Solid understanding about accounting system and tax regulation
Written and verbal fluency in English
