With our rapid growth and expansion plans for Asia Pacific, iPayLinks is looking to hire a Compliance Officer to be based in its Singapore Office.

The Compliance Officer (“CO”) will provide professional support and has overall management responsibility and oversight on all compliance and regulatory matters. Key duties of the CO include:

- Primary contact to requests by MAS and/or other relevant authorities;
- Ensuring PayLinks complies with requirements of the Payment Services Act (“PS Act”) and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and bylaws;
- Working hand in hand with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory risk;
- Maintaining open lines of communication with all relevant decision makers and stakeholders to keep all parties informed of regulatory changes;
- Creating and implementing organizational policies, standards, and procedures, as well as adequate risk controls, to comply with applicable regulations;
- Organizing regular training sessions for employees to efficiently communicate key regulatory changes and updates;
**Profile**:

- Five plus years of relevant experience;
- Familiar with payments or fintech industry and regulations
- Regulatory engagement and licensing experience, as well as fundamental knowledge of other requirements such as technology risk management, AML&CFT, risk and governance, etc.
