We have an unique opportunity for an experienced Group Actuarial Specialist (Employees Benefits) within the Life & Health team of Munich Re Singapore Branch. The position will be based in Singapore, with an oversight of the Southeast Asian market. The individual will report to the Head of Employee Benefits and will be exposed to a multitude of responsibilities ranging from group case underwriting, pricing, projects, business development and client management.

**Your Job**
- Responsible for group quotation coordination, technical pricing and case underwriting for facultative group employee benefits, group affinity schemes and group life credit schemes.
- Support the Head of Employee Benefits in the development of the business strategy.
- Provide support for group training workshops and client events.
- Proactively manage assigned group accounts; establish new and foster existing business relationships.
- Provide technical training and guidance to colleagues within the group team.
- Proactively identify clients’ needs and take appropriate actions to respond to such demands in a timely fashion; monitor the development of each client account and ensure financial health of client accounts.
- Organize activities according to the client service plans and client prioritization.
- Actuarial degree is essential, with good progress in actuarial exams.

**Your Profile**
- 3 to 5 years of experience within the insurance and/ or reinsurance industry is essential.
- Understanding and extensive experience of the group life & health business in SEA markets, and strong interest to grow in this area.
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent social skills and intercultural competence.
- Excellent time management skill, able to work independently and efficiently under time pressure, organised, self-driven and problem solving oriented.
- Fluency in both oral and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa and/or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as requested.
