**Responsibilities**:
**Facilities Management**:

- Ensure properties are in good and tenantable condition and address all facilities-related issues.
- Plan and schedule maintenance works and projects, including upgrades and renovations as needed.
- Review maintenance contracts for specifications and content, and obtain necessary approvals for execution.
- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure properties are well maintained.
- Assist the Manager in planning capital and operational expenditures.

**Office Management**:

- Manage office operations for the Head Office.

**Leasing**:

- Handle all leasing matters for owned or leased properties, following the leasing life cycle.
- Lease out and manage properties, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, securing, and addressing all tenancy-related issues.
- Ensure properties are maintained in good and tenantable condition, addressing all facilities-related concerns.
- Draft and review tenancy agreements.
- Manage rental arrears.
- Establish, develop, and manage long-term customer relationships to maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships.

**General**:

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate, Building, or Facilities Management with 1 year of experience in leasing and building management.
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Building, and Facilities Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with procurement processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
