**Key Responsibilities**
- Extensive liaison with BUs, Legal and ITD to ensure alignment between regulatory requirement and commercial/technical consideration.
- Drive efforts for initiatives and/or ad-hoc reviews related to customer data handling, example, data-sharing issues, customer consent and data privacy, data categorisation etc.
- Work closely with ITD and BUs on the scanning for customer personal data in the various systems. This includes prioritising systems to be scanned, performing results analysis and establishing the appropriate follow-up actions with ITD and BU owners.
- Propose, implement and review processes for handling customer data requests.
- Maintain proper access control on customer data depository sites.
- Secretariat for the quarterly Customer Data Management Community Meetings

**Requirements**:

- Preferred disciplines: Marketing, Business, Communication, IT
- Balance of strategic, creative and problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to weave insights and data into a story to drive action
- Delivery-focused with an ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Highly driven with a learning mindset, curiosity
- Empathy, curiosity and an ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to work independently and in a group
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
- Positive, confident, willing to contribute actively in debate
