Job Description
- This role designs and implements strategies that cultivate our relationships with stakeholders (including media), engage our target audience and boost our brand awareness.
- This role is responsible for the approval of effective press releases, building online communities and aligning purpose of events with corporate values and purpose. In addition, this role will drive public relations initiatives that will result in long-term success.
- This role will engage with other stakeholders, both internal and external, to maximize the brand presence, consistency and image of SingPost. All communications is under the purview of this role.
- Ultimately, this role will promote and maintain a positive image of SingPost and its subsidiary brands, while ensuring strong online and offline brand presence.

- Minimum 12 or more years of experience.
- Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Communications team.
- Has ultimate accountability for the team and provides the highest level of advice and recommendations to the Corp Support Function / Support Unit Head.
- Deep understanding of how the communications and marketing team relates to the other departments and the business as a whole.
- Helps to determine the strategic direction of their functional area within their scope of operation.
