Job Description

This position will take ownership of group marketing, brand and communication strategy development and execution. You will shape and lead thematic branding campaigns, publicity programs and group internal and external communications initiatives, aligning to the strategic business priorities for SingPost Group

  • positioning the organization as a leading logistics provider in the APAC region.
  • Conceptualize and drive impactful corporate communications strategy for the Group, aligning closely with the business unit and functional leaders, and working closely with the broader communications and marketing stakeholders.
  • Shape and lead targeted public relations strategies that best position the brand and business outcomes; respond to current issues and trends in regional media landscapes.

This will include profiling projects, thought leadership, executive profiles, commentaries, thematics campaigns, and other activities.

  • Drive the internal and external communications to align to the business outcome and co-create a vibrant culture aligned to SingPost's purpose and values.

The programme and content will include but is not limited to town hall presentations, executive speeches, internal newsletters, case studies, brochures, thought leadership, digital content, and corporate presentations and LinkedIn marketing.

  • Manage and develop the annual report, and support the sustainability report, working closely with the business stakeholders and sustainability team.
  • Lead SingPost social media strategy, specifically for LinkedIn.

This includes scheduling, writing and tracking social media content to support both Group's strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requests. Manage the SingPost corporate site webpages including insights creation, investor relations announcements and executive updates. .

  • Plan and support Annual

General Meeting events, networking events as well as company led events, both in-person and virtual.

  • Project manage and liaise with the creative department and other teams to create engaging festive collateral in support of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to support growth and thought leadership strategies
  • capturing trends & developments relevant to specific regions, markets, sectors, service lines, and other topics aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the Group Communications budget with financial prudence yet ensuring go-to-market effectiveness.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with at least five years of experience in a leadership-oriented role.- Exceptional English written and verbal proficiency including copywriting (creative business) and editing.-
  • Must be highly detail-oriented with a strong drive for performance excellence
  • A self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Ability to connect with people and support organisational change
