**Role Overview**:
CT Smart Home is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven **Strategic Partnerships Executive** to lead initiatives that expand our network of collaborators, generate qualified project leads, and strengthen our brand presence in the luxury design and build construction sector. This role is key to forging strategic alliances with developers, architects, influencers, and premium suppliers to drive business growth and elevate our market positioning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Partnership Development**
- Identify and engage with strategic partners including developers, architects, interior designers, and premium product suppliers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that support business objectives and project pipeline growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with collaborators to ensure long-term value and mutual success.
**Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial design-build projects.
- Leverage partnerships, industry events, and digital platforms to attract prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into signed projects.
**Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights**
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in construction and smart home integration.
- Provide insights to leadership on partnership opportunities and market positioning strategies.
**Event & Network Activation**
- Represent CT Smart Home at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
- Organize and support partnership-driven activations such as private previews, launch events, and client engagement sessions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client acquisition within the construction, design, or luxury sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for design, architecture, and smart living.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
