You will be responsible for supporting our business expansion efforts and have the opportunity to seek, build and nurture strong, positive relationships with leading corporate partners that directly translate into desired business impact; expanding our network of ELLA, The Robot Barista in a profitable and sustainable manner. Your detailed roles and repsonsibilites includes and are not limited to

**Strategy & Growth**
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Crown offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
- Work closely with Management to explore and define our commercial and expansion strategy in Singapore and overseas, proposing strategy and commercial business models to promote Crown’s business.
- Source, secure, and develop strategic relationships with partners to expand Crown ecosystem and addressable market opportunities, this includes addressing all inbound and outbound queries.
- Proactively engage with existing partners to discover and convert deployment opportunities within their real estate network
- Collaborate on strategic planning with internal stakeholders to establish departmental goals, develop sales materials, branding and promotions to build market share and increase revenue
- Collaborate with the Projects and Operations team to define and resolve possible new deployments relating to real estate, facility management, logistics, utilities etc. and ensure client success.

**Account Management**
- Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with customers, key decision makers, and other stakeholders to ensure the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services
- Create, identify, and execute new growth opportunities by understanding key customer requirements and translating gaps to business solutions
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers pain points and communicate user requirements and internal stakeholders
- Deploy performance management systems through customized scorecards to enable performance reviews by senior leaders, managers and individual contributors
- Prepare and present reports to Management in a timely manner

**Research**
- Conduct market research and track developments in Food Tech industry; analyze the product of different competitors to identify the opportunities for product development
- Research emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs
- Analyze the territory/market potential and identify new markets to widen opportunities for new business through designated partners

**Crown Digital is looking for someone who**:

- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales or any related field
- Has minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management and/or Accounts Servicing would be advantageous
- Has strong business acumen; able to demonstrate competency in strategic planning and business development
- Has strong experience in exploring and penetrating new markets or countries in e-commerce industries through desktop research
- Possesses strong analytical and communication skills
- Is a go-getter, energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, and have the the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment
- Loves coffee and would like to grow with the team
- Is outspoken, cheerful and has a dynamic character with positive working attitude
