**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We're seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Executive, Brand Engagement who's ready to accelerate their career in celebrity marketing.
This role is your gateway into managing premium brand partnerships and celebrity collaborations. You'll support high-profile campaigns while developing expertise in client servicing, project coordination, and the strategic thinking that drives successful celebrity partnerships.

**WHAT YOU'LL OWN**
**Client Support & Relationship Building**
- Support senior team members in managing client relationships and day-to-day account activities
- Assist in client communications, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions
- Help maintain strong client satisfaction through responsive service and attention to detail
**Campaign Coordination**
- Support campaign planning and execution across multiple projects and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, digital) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist in celebrity partnership logistics including talent coordination and deliverable tracking
**Project Management**
- Help manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and campaign updates for client reviews
- Support reporting and performance tracking activities
**Research & Strategy Support**
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support campaign development
- Assist in pitch preparation and proposal development for new business opportunities
- Help identify trends in celebrity marketing and pop culture that benefit client strategies
**Administrative Excellence**
- Maintain organized project files, client databases, and campaign documentation
- Support budget tracking and invoicing processes in collaboration with finance team
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Diploma or degree in Marketing Communications, Business, Events, or related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or marketing roles (agency experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and presentation software
- Genuine interest in pop culture, entertainment industry, and celebrity marketing
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player who's eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and tight deadlines
Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
