POSITION PURPOSE

The Digital Product Analyst (PA) will be responsible for executing operations responsibilities for the investment product experiences supporting our various businesses across Americas, EMEA and APAC. This role will be part of a digital product team that focusses on managing digital features and capabilities related to product experiences on our digital properties.

The PA will partner with the PO and multiple stakeholder groups across product, marketing, sales, technology and others to deliver market-leading digital experiences. PA responsibilities will span.
- Business analysis related to the product sections, review of engagement analytics, preparing reports and updating information on our websites.
- Writing detailed business requirements for our technology team to implement
- Collaboration with the design team for Customer Experience design
- Partnership with the architecture & technology teams to design and build technical solutions.
- Close-collaboration with operations/services teams to deliver operations-ready, Investment Product Experiences & Operations (IPEx) capabilities.

In addition, this role will be responsible for defining product data requirements for projects and major enhancements to product pages. This role will not have direct-reports and is expected to be hands-on and execute operations responsibilities.

The position's primary purpose is to ensure that Investment Product experiences are up and available on our sites, legally compliant with accurate and latest content + data. The product analyst also coordinates with business partners to execute the plan for product launches and major regulatory changes; and assists the product owner in the coordination and implementation of those capabilities in partnership with the relevant teams.

Principal Responsibilities

Operations Strategy (10% of time)
- Assists the Sr PO and leaders in defining the operational lifecycle, details the inputs and outputs of various stages and tools of record, and establishes KPIs for measuring efficiency.
- Assists the Sr PO and collaborates with consultants/vendors to assess the current state, define the target state and develop business cases and roadmaps to pitch for funding and capacity expansions.
- On an ongoing basis, reviews processes and measurements and refines them for optimal function and throughput.

Operations planning and road-mapping (10% of time)
- Works with stakeholders and technology teams to prioritize an operation backlog
- Defines an implementation roadmap based on business/digital priority.
- Collaborates with other Product Owners and cross-functional teams to execute on the roadmap and is accountable for the delivery of value and efficiency for the firm.

Stakeholder Management (20% of time)
- Works with various internal stakeholder groups (e.g., GBS, Product Marketing, Investment Product, Compliance, Global Communications Compliance, and others) to ensure that the digital property is legally compliant with all required disclosures.
- Ensures investment product content is regularly legally reviewed and retained as needed. Oversees and maintains a database of all documents submitted as well as the tracking and recording of the content.

Digital Investment Product Content + Data: (Operations/BAU/Keep-The-Lights-On maintenance) (60% of time)
- Leads and oversees the work of Operations Analyst(s), vendor teams, and technology teams to execute and deliver on the operations roadmap.
- Consistently delivers value via the operations lifecycle.
- On an ongoing basis, ensures adherence to all established digital investment product content + data release schedules and content specifications, measured by established KPIs.
- Actively assigns self and the operations team to handle authoring and loading content in the content management system.
- Monitors investment product digital content + data relevancy, longevity, and user engagement across the sites in scope.
- Works closely with stakeholders to incorporate investment product digital content + data updates and enhancements, and other business initiatives.
- Acts as the Business Product Owner for the Operational needs of the IPEx scope, post-launch.
- Provides high-quality data reporting and analyses promptly. Implements processes and controls for creating, consuming, and assimilating data and content for IPEx experiences. Contributes to cross-functional projects. Ensures project goals are in line with operational management goals.
