We’ll be looking to you to understand customer needs, translate them into requirements and finally implement them by collaborating with other product owners or directly with the engineering team. You will be tasked with data aggregation and analysis which is fundamental to the ideas that you will initiate across our digital products. Your concise funnel analysis of the customer journey will allow you to optimize the products to better meet customer needs. You will participate in the end-to-end product journey, support product operations such as preparing for product intake to readiness as well as participating in UAT and monitoring post-launch.

For this role, you will have solid product experience within a web/mobile technologies environment. You are customer-focused with a data-driven mindset, resourceful and proactive. You will be familiar in using tools such as Amplitude, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and JIRA/Confluence and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and teams with different backgrounds.
