We help some of the world's biggest brands and retailers offer personalized brand experiences in the digital space leveraging artificial intelligence, augmented reality and proprietary computer-vision technology. Some of our customers include Shiseido, A.S. Watson, Boots No7 and Living Proof, a Unilever Brand, to name a few. Globally we work with brands and retailers on five continents and in over 40+ countries.

We are a diverse mix of nearly 100 people representing 27 nationalities from five continents and working in eight time zones. In APAC we currently have people in Japan and Taiwan, and global offices in Finland, US, and Spain. What connects us across our global network is the curiosity to seek continuous improvement and the passion to change the beauty industry.

**This is how you can make an impact**
As a VP of Sales in the APAC region, you will be responsible for developing new business together with the initial small team and taking care of some of our existing customers in the region. You will have a key role in growing our business in the region and in building an inclusive culture within our current and future team.

**In this role, you will**
- Actively sell and build opportunities with APAC retailers and brands
- Collaborate with your team and coach them on effective strategies
- Participate in building an inclusive team culture
- Take responsibility over some of the most strategic accounts in the region
- Lead overall strategy for both beauty brands & retailers in APAC and lead the team to achieve agreed goals
- Consult Revieve's prospects and illustrate, how our value proposition can help them
- Work closely with your colleagues across the global network and different teams
- Have fun, and be a part of changing the beauty industry
**To succeed in this position, you**
- Have 10-15 years of direct sales experience within enterprise SaaS solutions
- Are experienced in managing and building a successful team
- Are specialized in Brand or Retailer customers
- Are experienced in working in an earlier stage company, and you are eager to help our partners grow
- Have experience in market expansion to new countries
- Have a strong background in consultative selling, and examples of how you have helped your customers deliver more value
- Are empathetic, and have great communication and collaboration skills
- Ideally you have experience in eCommerce, Customer Experience or Customer Journey solutions

Our community of business developers connects regularly to sync the sales pipelines and exchange ideas. We also work closely with our colleagues in Marketing and Operations, who support us in everything from pitch decks to delivery.
