Payoneer is looking for a self-motivated individual, who is process oriented and has great analytic capabilities. A team player with strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goals and great attention to detail. Able to take initiative, exercise sound business judgment and results oriented who will work closely with the Region leadership as well as global teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Serving as APAC Sales Ops partner: Supporting the region leadership the **to drive the region's growth, including **pipeline** management, **business** analysis, **drive strategic initiatives** as well as day to day support in building commercial deals and sales processes
- **Implementation of commercial guidelines, processes, analytics as well as management routines**:
- **Own end-to-end Sales Operation processes, analytics, and projects **to support super fast-growing business
- **Coordinating** with stakeholders cross APAC and globally including HK, SEA, JAPAN and more to ensure the team is **operating efficiently** and maintaining peak performance
- **Improve sales flow processes** by proactively identifying, formulating, and implementing business initiatives while collaborating with cross functional teams (SFDC for example)
- Support** sales compensation measurement**:
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Payoneer's business, product, and customer portfolios, as well as the payments ecosystem, business models, and key trends in the market
- **Collaborate with the Global RevOps** team on global initiatives
**Skills, Qualification and Experience**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience ideally as Business Analyst/ FP&A/ SalesOps or previous commercial roles who wants to pursue cross organizational role with high impact
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment
- Demonstrated success in previous roles
- Passionate, motivated, detail oriented, and data-driven self-starter
- Advanced **Excel** skills with a strong understanding of **Salesforce** and **BI tools**:
- Ability to translate high-level sales strategies into system and process requirements
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks without losing track of the details
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Solid analytical skills and ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
