As we expand our footprint across Asia-Pacific, we're looking for a strategic and driven Sales Manager to lead our regional growth.

Role Overview

As the Sales Manager – APAC , you will oversee commercial operations, manage regional teams, and drive profitability across pump and instrumentation product lines. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on market engagement across diverse APAC territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for pump and instrumentation solutions
  • Manage full P&L for APAC sales operations, ensuring revenue growth and margin optimization
  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team, fostering performance and accountability
  • Build strong relationships with F&B manufacturers, OEMs, and channel partners
  • Identify market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to shape product positioning
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term
